Priv boot disk not working?

I have been trying to create a boot disk for my system (WinXP, 700MHz, 256MB RAM) to run Privateer, but I keep getting memory errors. Any advice?
 
Hi Ijuin, can't remember seeing you for a while. :)

As usual, bootdisk advice is better given when others can see the contents of the bootdisk. :)
