Honestly?
I don't really like any of the uniforms, except MAYBE the Border-World's WC4 Uniform (they didn't appear in any of the other games).
The uniforms look thtoopid. I think they should have looked more professional. How come space-series always have to have silly-looking uniforms?
To be honest, for WC3, I would have preferred it they had a dark-navy type uniform as a dress-uniform, not unlike our modern-day navy with stripes. They should have had a uniform like the one Halcyon was wearing... That would have looked really cool... maybe a little darker, but what would have been cooler would have been a ball-cap like the one's worn on current navy-ships.
Can you imagine a ball-cap with the inscription TCS-VICTORY, with CV-40 written, just below it?
And a little silhouette (side-view) of the carrier in the drawing?
Now that would have been cool!
The other thing that would have been nice would be wings. Or at least something like that... You have at least two... one which is like Naval Aviator and the other which is like Surface-Warfare... and some enlisted Surface-Warfare Equivalents... Not to mention something for the gunners in the Tactical-Control Center (the area right next to the bridge with the gun in the view).
Gold for officers, silver for enlisted.
I also wish they had hats... you know, like the one's the navy has modern day? Maybe something similar. At least something to make it appear more military like, during dress-scenes at least. During funerals and such. I can see them not wearing hats when stumbling around through the hallways.
Oh well, in the Novels, they do talk about Dress-Uniforms, and Stripes on the Officer Uniforms (the navy ones at least).
