Are you a non-Canadian excited about Ultima Forever? Good news: iTunes is very forgiving about allowing foreigners to download free apps from the international versions of the iOS app store. With a little trickery you can grab Ultima Forever and run it on your current account and device!
1) Click "View In iTunes" on the Ultima Forever web listing.

2) iTunes will inform you that the requested item is not available and ask if you want to change to the Canadian store. Click "Change Store."

3) Click download. When prompted for your login, select "Create Apple ID."

4) Procede to create a Canadian iTunes account. Use a different e-mail address. When prompted for billing information, select 'none' and enter any Canadian mailing address (123 Fake Street, Ontario, Ottawa, L3M 4E9 works.)

5) Return to the Ultima Forever listing and download the free app to your computer.

6) Plug in your iOS device and change the iTunes account in your settings.

7) Manually sync the app to your device using iTunes.

8) Change your iOS device's iTunes account back to your normal Apple ID.
