Now is there any way to reverse the order of the topics in a thread? I'm used to reading from the top down.
 
Not that I know of, used to hate it myself but now I've gotten used to it. It is not newbie friendly, but it's much easier for the regular posters. That way we don't have to go through two to seven pages just to see the new stuff. If you are coming her regularly, you'll get used to it in no time.

I think someone got kicked out for raising too much havoc over the order of the posts, so I wouldn`t make a big deal out of it.
I personally find it much more agreeable with low bandwidth users, since if the page is loading to slowly you can stop it and still see the most recent posts.

It's not so much that the person in question was "[making] a big deal out of it", but that he was beeing an a**hole while doing so.

That priviledge is reserved solely for the administrative staff.
