i think they should revive wc1 in a new game with better graphics and more features. the game has such a good storyline, i'd hate to see it fade away because it was outdated. anyone ever played battlefield 1942? in that game you can walk on foot, drive tanks, jeeps, boats, man flak guns, naval and shore guns, and fly planes. i think this would be a cool idea for a new wing commander. i would be pretty cool on multiplay too.

Personally I dont want a remake of Wc1, cause its my favorite Wc and I want it as it is.... I dont want it to lose its atmosphear (like happened with SWC which I didnt like at all)

Now, about a new Wc game with all the features you say .....Hmmmm Lets just hope there will Be a new Wc... even without all these you said.JUST BE A NEW WC....

I don't know what I meant I just read on the net about WC 5 being made now if its out and Propecy I don't know (I guess I don't go on the CIC enough).

If you're talking about http://www.angelfire.com/ct/MarkHamill/bio.html, that hasn't been updated since 1997 or 1998. Prophecy came out in 1998 and its sequel, Secret Ops, in 1999.

I'm kind of planning something like that with a conversion for Command and Conquer Rengade. Renegade does have vehicles and flak guns and all that cool smeg. There are also flying units available too.
The only problems I've got is I need a faster machine, to run it well, and I got to learn Gmax. But I've got a plan and a storyline going so sooner or later it'll happen.

Land vechiles are not important in WC. I only encountered vechiles once and they were Kilrathi and did do a lot of damage to my Excalibur.

Well my idea is to include several flying units, for the purists
But it will follow the Reavers in the main storyline.
