Need help WC 1 & 2 Ultimate Guide

I purchased my copy of the Ultimate Wing Commander I & II Strategy Guide, the official one from Origin which included many enjoying facts regarding the memoirs of a Lt. Col. Carl T. 'Prankster' LaFong.

During a lending to my cousin several years back, the last index page as well the rear cover was torn apart.

Can anyone please send me a scan (.png quality) of that last index page and the rear cover?

note: I notice those cockpit misreadings on the cover! :cool:
 
It came out in 1991 (with WC2).

The cockpit on the front is the same as the WC1 box art... which was created before WC1 was actually done.
 
That explains the lack of the Special Ops 1 & 2 fiction.

Many imaginative stuffs in there...
