Need a little help

I heard somewhere that there was a WC conversion for Duke Nukem 3D. Does anybody remember this? Also if there was a TC is there any way I could get a hold of the conversion files, mainly the sounds and ART files. I only ask because I'm putting together some Wing Commander based levels for Duke but I'm stuck with using the existing textures, because I can't get editart to work. Although I did put together a really neat Confed Star on floor of a ground base.
My aim is to put together three, or four, episodes that starts on Repleetah and goes through the moon\shipyard1 strike in end run.
Can anyone help me out?

Never heard of a Duke Nukem project.. there was an original Quake TC years ago..
