Movie problem with WC3

I recently got Wing Commander III (the old DOS version), along with Armada and Wing IV on eBay.

I tried playing it after putting it on (the ests and everything seemed okay), but the movie segments play for a few seconds (or just one), then end, as if I skipped them by pressing ESC. (Only, of course, I haven't.)

Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I fix it? (I have Win98 with 96 megs of RAM, if that's of any consequence.)
 
I'll try Turbo in a minute, but in case that doesn't work, I'll grant your request for specs!

Other than the OS and the 96 megs (which I already listed on the first post), I have:

4GB hard drive
GenuineIntel Pentium II Processor
STB Velocity 128 Direct3D accelerator (though that point is moot, since WCIII does not use acceleration)
ENSONIQ AudioPCI audio card
Soundblaster 16 card

If you need any more, please let me know.
 
I also have this problem with Wing 3
I jest tryed CPU killer, and all it did was slow the load time down, hehe

I know someone posting a link to a hack that make windows ME act like DOS or something, but I totaly lost it befor I could test it out.
