Max Payne editor?

I was just wondering,has anyone out there ,who has Max Payne, had a chance to check out the editing tools.The reason I am saying this is because I remember hearing about how easy it was supposed to be.I also remember hearing how creating mods and total conversions was also supposed to be a breeze.The designers designed it to be that way.So,I was wondering how well this would translate into a future Wing mod.The real problem with any project is the creation of new textures et cetera.As such,we know that the actual level building,in the Max Payne editor, is easy(which will also be beneficit due to the fact that more time can be spent on actual desighn and not creating),but how easy is importing and using new textures et cetera in the Max Payne editor.Has anyone had a chance to look into this.Do you think that it could translate into a good Wing mod?Because if it turns out to be easy to create and use new material in the editors it just might be a worthwhile project.
