Lost in freakin space (Privateer 2)

I finally got this game working after leaving it on a dusty shelf for years, but I lost my starmap. Where can I find one online?
 
IIRC there is no starmap included in any p2 package... neither is one (containing the systems you can reach in p2) available online AFAIK... but if you're lucky I'm wrong about this :D
 
I have the same problem as Snake. Playing Privateer2 without a map is a pain. Is there a downloadable, printable map?
 
There is a "find" key that let's you enter where you want to go (including nav points) and then plots the shortest way automatically... so why is it a pain to play without a map?
 
Among other reasons for why the map is important to me, the "find" button does not plot a course through those "paid" nav points.
 
ok, thanks Kris but I think we are not communicating well here. Let me explain what I understood. I said that I bought Priv2 and lost the map that came with it.

By "printscreen" I suppose you mean there´s an official guide available on the internet so I can print it...
OR...
you mean I could BUY the official guide, which has a map included?

In any case, my question is: Has someone scanned a Priv2 map and put it available on the web in a printable way?

Sorry if I am not catching up with your thoughts, yet.

Bacause i want to know where and how i will flight to the planet/base/whatever before i choose the mission and i want to know which mission is the best and, probably, the shortest mission. :)
 
I meant doing a printscreen in Privateer 2, printing it, and writing all the planet names on it.

Thanks Ghost, that was my point also.

Also thank you, Kris, but I guess there´s no "online" map of the Tri-system, like that "very big map indeed" of regular WC games.
 
Bah, I always played Priv2 without a map, don't whine. :)

Man, that's unfair why do I always own the non-map Version of a game?
 
The map in WCP is just a curiosity, since you don´t get to jump around...

I´ll quit whining. But if any kind soul decides to scan the P2 map and make it available online, please let me know.

I know how that feels. :(

Starkey: Of course the WCP map isn't necessary (or even helpful) for completing WCP. Still, it has a lot of very very neat information. And it's an official WC map for a large part of the WC universe we don't have anything other of that scale.

Which map do you mean?The in-game map?
How did you make the jumps and set course then ?

If there is another map, I got it original (as I have all Wc:)) But I didnt find any map........
