Looking for Pax 7 info

Basically I'm looking for as much info as I can get.
Specifically dates and all known participants in the "accident" that Vagabond and Doctor Severin were involved with. I checked the Encyclopedia and didn't get much beyond it was a demolition experiment. So does anyone know if that means they were developing a new weapon or possibly just new type of explosive? Was it a military run project or maybe something corporate?
I need to know as much established information about this as I can get, because I'm thinking of incorporating it into a storyline, so I need to know how much I need to make up.

There isn't anything beyond the brief mention in the game. Chang's and Severin's connection isn't even mentioned in the WC3 novelization, nor is Chang's past. Heck, as far as the novel is concerned, the "rescue Severin" mission didn't even happen, or need to do so.

Okay, that actually helps a lot, so long as EA doesn't come out with some big revelation in a new WC game I can make up whatever I want!
