Like Privateer online

Eh, I don't see why anyone would come just to advertise the Jumpgate page :) If people want to talk about the game, go ahead.
 
I'll talk about it... the physics are too complicated. Realistic, yes. But you spend more time trying to go in a straight line than you do trying to kill.
 
Last I heard, Jumpgate failed the moment it launched. I think I saw a copy at an EB some miles from my house for $5.

Wow, but going straight's easy... You automatically go straight... if you're going to have problems, it'll be with turning.
 
Jumpgate was fun when it was free. Once the official release came and they started making us pay to play, I suddenly lost interest. I'm still interested in downloading it again for one of those 10-day free trials they're offering, though.
 
Pay to play?....Well, thats all well in good, if the game is worth it. Its a good method, or UO wouldnt be as much of a hit as it is.

I would gladly pay to play if it was Privateer Online, and it would have to be a true space sim, not some role playing game, or maybe a mix of the two, where you can land and get out of your ship and walk around and interact.

Its all a matter of preference. Some like it, some do not.

WHY EA/OSI, WHY! Why did you rush WCP and leave out the multiplayer!!! :( Well, we know why, still cannot believe it tho.

True, I still play Armada quite often, and my wife's friend's son comes over and playes it with me.

A bit ahead of its time perhaps. And it deserves all the credit it can get!

If your talking about MY signature, sorry about that. Its a title I consider important to me. If it offends anyone, I apologize. Did not mean to irritate anyone.

Ehh, Frosty has a point. It's kind of disconcerting that you have two signatures... just put them together.

Well, for awhile, since I put the signature in the signature box, some of my posts will have quad signature! That is, unless someone wants to go and edit out the 1st few posts signatures!

I will let Frosty do that! ;)
