Wing Commander CIC

Hi,

has anybody got an idea how to create sound files out of ordinary recorded waves that sound like the Kilrathi in... let´s say WC2?

I´d be happy for any suggestions for programs you might have - maybe there are plug-ins available...

Currently i´m using Cool Edit 2000... but i simply don´t get a "real kilrathi" voice out of it!
