Hi there, I was thinking of what would make the "perfect" mod to the difficulty levels, and this is what I came up with. Is this possible?
easiest --> allies use good AI, enemies use bad AI, enemies have reduced shield, armor, structure, and/or shield recharge
easy --> allies use good AI, enemies use bad AI
medium --> allies use good AI, enemies use okay AI
hard --> allies use good AI, enemies use good AI
hardest --> allies use good AI, enemies use good AI, allies and you have reduced shield, armor, hull structure, and/or shield recharge
with the idea being that the allies always use the best AI possible (thereby making medium on down easier), and instead of getting boosted guns at the extremes (cause sometimes people accidentally hit their buddies!), there is a roughly equivalent reduction in durability.
Is any of this at all possible, or is difficulty hardcoded?
