I have a question...

heh... I don't have WC1 or its expansions so I cannot. Even in death from cranial explosion.

Maybe I can find it on ebay or something.
 
You might even be able to find an old copy of PC gamer w/CD. Can't recall which one, but one of them had WC1 and a bunch of other cool older games. I remeber folks were scrambling for it. That might be on e-bay as well. The nice thing was, you could play the free SM1 & 2 from the KS that Origin provides (I think they still have it up there)

That is the nice thing about working for a computer store, I dont have to scramble for stuff like that. I get it before it hits the shelves! ;)

Since when? I just got done looking in the Files section, Wedge, and there was no WC1 to be found! Files for it, even a demo, yes, but no WC1 from PC Gamer.
 
I know why origin/EA doesn't but it would be nice if they let the CIC or someone else legally post WC1 for downloads. I have noticed at the EA site, they have some of their older sports games available for free download. Maybe there is hope.
