How about, when you dock on a ship, you can buy it?

Also, how about, when you severely damage a transport (drayman/galaxy), it turns itself over to you?

Good idea. You might make it partially relations based, since if they hate you a lot, they might prefer to die rather than surrender (example: Kilrathi or Retro).

Mmm on second thought stealing a transport is a bit munchkin-ish... gomen ^^;

buying a drayman in space could be interesting tho.

BTW, do Retros have draymans? I was looking through the generatedbsp folder, and only saw draymans for Confed, militia, pirate, and merchant.
