Admiral Beatty: Commander of a British cruiser squadron at Jutland
Admiral Nelson: Duh....
And LOAF, you mentioned that the Halsey was mentioned in the TCH, which would place it about the time of WC1. Can't we assume that this particular TCS Halsey had been retired before 2686? There is no rule against re-using ship names. There have been 8 USS Lexingtons in the US Navy and six USS Intrepids. There have also been five USS Enterprises.
Not to mention the multiple TCS Concordias in Wing Commander.
AND THIS IS A CALL TO ALL TEXTURERS! Is anyone willing to texture my beautiful ship? Inventor doesn't do textures and I'm not to fluent in Photoshop.
