Halo: Reach Beta

Well I know this is a Wing Commander forum but here goes...

Today the Halo: Reach Beta comes out. If you have Halo 3: ODST, fire it up and spend hours downloading the Beta.

44% in 30 minutes.

Woo.

Anyone gonna be playing this?

I'll probably try it. The download servers are probably getting hit by a crush of people now, but it'll probably speed way up later. I imagine it's a fairly large download too.

It's 1.15 Gigs. One way to speed up the process is to play Arena while it downloads.

Yeah mine seems to be hung up at 1%...but I only have option to cancel..so I'll be watching TV instead of Arena

EDIT:

Yeah I cancelled my d/l. I'm going to try it later tonight.

Got it, but haven't tried it yet other than setting my armor and other customizations.
