Wing Commander CIC

You guys must be wizards or something if you can get Privateer to run in Windows with a boot disk. the only method i ever found (which for some weird reason doesn't work for me now) is on my website at http://www.angelfire.com/yt/privater/windows.html
Does anyone know of any other method to get it to run???
