Fighters in Privateer 2

I was wondering if anyone noticed that Ashearer and Ecantona fighters from Privateer 2 were named after two English soccer players. I guess its something that I've been wondering about...

Yeah its just something I haven't thought about in oh god, two or three years and when I saw those ship databases, it just jogged my memory.

What was the deal with Kronos? I never quite understood the ending of P2 What was that worm thing about his neck?
