Mopoks don't equal Ewoks.

They sound the same but that's where the similarities end.

Mopoks are tough and muscular. Ewoks are precursor "furries" who should be skinned for their fur.... they'd make great accessories for the empire's new uniforms. :D
 
Well if you look at it Stormtroopers' armour was not state of the art, it was made of plastic. So if shot with enough force a stone tipped arrow would pierce a Stormtrooper's plastic armour.

Since we are off the topic of WC aliens, I liked the cute, lovable, suicidal Shafixti from Star Control 2.

A Mopok could probably give a Kilrathi a run for it's money in HTH combat.

Ewoks would be used by the Kilrathi in a test of strength excercise: How far can you toss this Ewok, warrior?
 
What was the name of the giant alien on Gar's from AS that ends up saving Tolwyn's life because of its bulk?
It was after the orders had been giving to them by that kat that ends up getting blown away and the whole station starts going to hell...
 
I was suprised that it took so long to mention the Kzinti, who ironicly showed up in Star Trek the Animated Series, though their ships were pink.

Sure Mopoks might be muscular but they are shorter than humans....having big muscles might not be to much of a defense for 6 centimeter talons. Human marines where there too, and probably did the "selective" battle that threw the empire off their world, much like the Rebel Commandoes in Return.

Ewoks are the Empire's greatest threat, the New Republic should have made an Ewok shock trooper corp, and wiped the empire out.

Did you guys no that Cliff from Cheers (the mailman), was Major Brenn Derlin, one of the commandoes in Return of the Jedi, and played the same character on Hoth during the Empire Strikes Back?
 
Dyret and Stryker were probably only banned temporarily, as I am hoping is the case with overmortal.

Kinda like a "five minutes in the corner"

Yes, it was a shame, as Niven decided to gift the ST-Universe with an adapted version of his Kzintis... damn comercialism and with pink ships... and as cartoon...

Wow, even overmortal was banned!?
The only thing Dyret has to learn is some pragmatic respect (he must not marry anybody) to admins and a bit more common sense in discussions, imho.
 
If anyone cares that much about board administration...

... then they should get a more exciting hobby. Almost all bans here are temporary. (I didn't ban either Striker or Dyret, so I have no idea what the circumstances behind those was. Overmortal will be back in a month.)
