edit saved game under os x

hi

i selected a mission and kilrathy just blow me uip in seconds.

i cannot find the xml file / saved game file so i can temp change
,y specs so i can survive the fight.

where is it under os ox? i checked the parivater package and the hard disk.

You may already have sorted this out, but just for the record......

You will find the saved games in a hidden . (dot) file in your root directory. This is hidden in both Finder and in Unix, and you will need to use Terminal (or some other program running Unix).

On starting Terminal, you will open in your 'root' directory. Type 'ls -a' will list all the files and directories in that directory, including the . (dot) directories (these are normally hidden in Unix and are used to hold important imformation you really shouldn't muck about with). You should find a directory called .privgold100. Typing 'cd .privgold100' will move you to that directory. The saved game files are in a subdirectory 'saved'. These can be edited using one of the Unix text-editors, or can be copied to your root (use the Unix command 'cp'). Don't forget to create backup copies before editing.
