Yeah, what does Brilliance do to you, anyway? I have to get Privateer. I've heard Brilliance mentioned several times, and all I know of is the side effects: Brain tissue degeneration, skin eruptions/disruptions...that's about it. What does it do, though?

It is the equivalent or future version of what is called "crack" today. Or something like that. One of the bartenders in Privateer explained what it was, "A little chemical cheer is welcome to the tedium". I would suspect it is the future version of crack. The Ultimate was never discussed by the bartenders, hence no telling what that stuff is! Brilliance 100 times more powerfull? It would be funny to see insys fire up a tractor beam on a suspected intoxicated pilot!!

the nuke em is a weapon not a commodity. it won't be in Wing Commander Universe. I am considering putting the mace in though... the Mace is a thermonuclear missile from wing commander 2.

Right, now what I don't understand about this commodities list is why the hell is there all this stuff from P2 on it. Clearly, in the timeframe you're looking at, there was no contact whatsoever between Confed and, er, Confed :).

BTW, I saw the list you put up on your site, and I couldn't help noticing that "real meat" is on the black market... are cows, like, illegal?

I figured most of the stuff in privateer 2 would have existed in the time of Privateer.

Mhm, right. So, uh, Bex Beer? How do you get Bex Beer when nobody knows Bex even exists? :) And the other stuff also, was invented in the P2 section of the universe, and until contact is established between the two, have no right to exist in the Confederation. I mean, sure, some stuff like enviro-suits and such undoubtedly exist in Confed space, but... pleasure borgs? Atomic chisels?

And you haven't answered my other question. Are cows illegal?
