Yea - I think a lot of people have that impression. First of all - I write music. Not many people my age write music - and if they do, it's usually like - rock band stuff. And not to put it down, but usually kid rockband's think about how it sounds, and not the actual notes and in the composition - songwriting vs. composing.... that sorta stuff. Secondly, I act my age. Lots of 16 year olds act like 7 year olds. I won't say I'm mature for my age - I just am my age unlike lots of people around me.

And yea - I live in NJ, which has the graduated liscense. At 16 you need to pass a written test. Once you do that, you get a permit that allows you to drive with an instructor. After 6 hours with an instructor, you get a permit, which means you have to be with a liscensed driver over 21 and can only have 1 person under 21 who isn't in your immediate family in the car. You also can't drive between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. When you turn 17, you take a road test. If all goes well, you get a provisional liscense. You can drive by yourself, but with only one person under 21 in the car that isn't in your immediate family. You also can't drive from midnight to 5:00 AM. Once you turn 18, and you don't have points on your liscense, you get an unrestriced liscense.

Basically what it comes down to is the New Jersey legislature feels it necessary to either make everything restricted or illegal. Except breathing that is.

As for your age -- I'm not sure if you're the youngest. I do know there are a few other fans here around your same age... I don't really think it matters, though. I remember posting to the Origin WC board when I was 13...

Heh, I started posting here two months before my 13th birthday.

Well, I can evince that the age is not significance. I have 37 and enjoy this game!, and I can share with my son (he have 8)

And my experience say: "the last carrier is ever better!", while others with my years old should say "all past time was better" ;)

Put a Midway vote for me!

I've gotta go with the Concordia-Class. She's got a similar look to the Ranger-Class, which I've always liked, and she's a full-on Fleet Carrier instead of just a light carrier. My only complaint about her is that she lacks the Ranger-Class's CapShip missile launcher.

Hmm, except that the Ranger class doesn't actually have a CapMiss launcher :p. At least, that seems likely to be the case, given that we know for a fact that older carriers launched CapMisses from their flight deck rather than from dedicated launchers. Knowing this, we can assume that even if the Concordia class doesn't have CapMiss launchers, it can use its flight deck like the Rangers do.

Something is clearly wrong here. According to this poll, only myself and some other dude voted for the Tarawa-style CVEs... I'm getting that urge to give our democracy some tweaking again. ;)

It should be called the "Tarawa-style Escort Carrier" instead of Khorsan then. Nobody recognizes it this way. Or you could add a ship name to each option. (ex. TCS Tarawa)
