The Excalibur always looked sleek, but nothing looked quite as mean as the T-Bolt. It even has that nice AVG shark teeth design.

As WC1 mad-fan I would have gone for the the Tiger's claw... which is still my canon favorite.
It's just... well... I just saw Lynx's Gettysburg class supercruiser.... ahhhhhh..... I'm still drooling.... IT IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta say my favorite looking fighter of all time would be the Sabre, followed by the Rapier, then the Broadsword. Really, WC2 ship designs > all. I wish WC3 had been around during the era where the technology existed to make those ships look decent in-game.
