I've been putting together an old computer lately so i can revisit my old favorites in a dos environment. however, i have run into the following problems (hope one of you fine gents can help!): i have a sbpci64 card, but the cd i have doesn't have any dos drivers on them. i did find some dos drivers on the net somewhere (can't remember where, unfortunately), however they did not come with any readme files on how to install them or which lines to insert into the autoexec.bat. any takers? that's the first problem.
prob number 2: i do have a sbawe64, and the drivers, and have installed them, but they always fail the "aptest" program due to the lower dma. i have never seen that problem before, and i'm assuming that the card itself is defective. anyone ever heard of the low dma always failing?
