The issue was out before February 6th btw. Anyhow.. it says it has WarCraft 2.. But I don't think it has Wing Commander 2..
 
Indeed there are no Wing Commander games. It comes with the War Craft 2 demo, which is, I assume, why you are confused. There are however Elite and Elite Plus included which are classic space sims . They are trading games, the original privateer-esque games.

Full games ??? 20 will cost a lot to give them just away. But i stumbled across wc2, so it was foolish not to buy it. Maybe you can get it somewhere (friend, shop, black market (???))
 
I have been trying to get myself some copies of the Kilrathi Saga from a store or even a person. No luck, If i had any money I would buy it on e-bay
 
E-Bay you will have to most luck with i think. ks is a collectors item, so prepare to pay a lot.
 
Yea I have noticed the price tag anywhere from a low of $70 (i should have bid on that but at the time iwas too stupid) to a high of about $250
