    ok, they actually gave more information. Beeman and others ARE extending the known development history of WC2 :) And they will publish this WC2 chapter as a stretch goal! The book project itself is already funded...

    Ship rotations in pre-3D

    more sprites per ship would be likely a multiple of and therefore a hugely massive increase in memory. So making the sprites bigger by a fraction made totally sense. And we all were already used to the jumpy rotation. Beside that Origin saw we bought WC1 like crazy ;)

    There was an Ultima 7 tabletop game in the works. As far as I remember, didn't get real, because EA did not approve. I don't trust EA on that one. The licensing from CR sounds more reasonable.
