My Pc is a Pentium III, 128 mb RAM. I did a search on the slowdown utilities and found a couple of threads mentioning to set sound acceleration to none in DirectX which I did but it did not work. I found one that mentioned using "Turbo" that will work in Windows but have not found it...

Ok, I've got it running without sound. that will allow me to run the program. The problem now is that it runs way too quick. Is there something that I can doto slow it down?

I recently found an old copy of Wing Commander on ebay and installed it on Windows Millenium. But the program will not run. It locks up the pc. Does anyone know what I need to do in order to make toe game run correctly?
