    Landreich

Definitely. I like how I scrolled down gradually, and the pictures gradually morphed into the Confederate battle flag, and the first text I actually read was the ideological spasm against western society.

Rank on all time kills list.

For fan fictional purposes, it would be entirely more convincing for me to have the hottest of the hot veteran ace ninja pilots in the story to have hundreds of kills rather than thousands. Kills aren't the only measure of how good a pilot is. Actually, that sounds like a pretty neat idea...

Sega CD Wing Commander Music Project

This is kind of scary. I was about to mention how the Super Wing Commander medley is vastly superior to the SegaCD music, even with lower instrument quality... with some great variations on the Team Fat tunes. ...but when I tried to link to it, I couldn't find it! I have the Super Wing...

Ebay WC Kilrathi Saga worth this much??

I hope to unload my copy of the Kilrathi Saga before EA wises up and realizes that it would make a killing with another C&C: The First Decade style release for Wing Commander. But then again, that would mean a new Wing Commander game was on the horizon, and I really wouldn't care! Haha.

Sega CD Wing Commander Music Project

The news update with links to mp3s of the SegaCD music: https://www.wcnews.com/news/update/3152 I've never played the SegaCD version; is there more music in the game besides these few CD tracks? That's not much to fill an entire game...

J.J. Abrams To Direct 'Star Trek XI'

My mom, who doesn't read the Internet but likes Star Trek, didn't usually watch Enterprise because she thought it was too much 'body swapping, alien entities, and episodes where nothing happens with the characters' (or something like that). Then again, she doesn't post to the Internet either...

J.J. Abrams To Direct 'Star Trek XI'

I cannot and will not subscribe to your interpretation of this event. Enterprise did have more viewers each episode in the last two seasons than BSG currently gets, but not a lot more, and not nearly twice as many. Enterprise was on a network and cost a lot more to make. It got the axe...

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion Thread

Yeah, the upcoming mods were definitely not conceived and developed in response to the horse skin controversy. But there's clearly a response to the community backlash, which was my point. I kind of wonder about their reports of how well the horse mod is selling. "Better than expected" can...

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion Thread

I disagree. Even though they are claiming the first mod is selling well, the huge uproar over the $2 horse skin is actually causing them to release future mods that have more content for less money. Mass uproar = cheaper mods + more content.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion Thread

I accidently stole a few things during my first few hours of playing... but I soon learned to not take things that didn't belong to me unless the owners of the house were gone or asleep.

    Sam & Max Return!

Their page design leaves a great deal to be desired. "Gee, I must have left my moral compass back in that shallow grave." lawl.

    Flight of the Phoenix

I love how Lucy always gets Charlie Brown to try and kick the football. When Charlie Brown is lying on the ground, in pain, knowing he was tricked again... I can really identify with that.

    Spacetime Studios

I was hoping this would be posted to the news in today's update. I'm excited to see if anyone here has some insight into this.

    Flight of the Phoenix

Well I guess I was thinking of some sort of futuristic anti-gravity system that still kind of sucks... powerful enough to make a gentle and graceful landing but somehow limited enough to be unable to help anything escape Earth's gravity. But, you know, a parachute or some kind of weird skid...

    Flight of the Phoenix

Dude, Star Trek. The Phoenix was a space ship in the future that could travel faster than light. It's possible it had an additional piece of Star Trek technology that would allow it to land without too much trouble.

    Battlestar Galactica

I'm all for commentary on real-world issues in my science fiction. But the bit with the child prostitution was just about the worst thing in the world, ever.

    Battlestar Galactica

I don't really think he's arguing a point, or trying to prove anything. Just because there exists in this world Star Trek that is not squeaky clean does not make him incorrect for noting that a whole lot of Star Trek is squeaky clean.
