So we don't actually know the name of the ship that appears in Arena, correct?

The only problems I have with the new model are the "fat hips" and the new bridge position. It makes much more sense that the bridge be hunkered closer to the body of the ship, I'm just not diggin' it aesthetically. ;)

So no actual name for the ship yet? All we know is that it's a Midway class?

I was able to run WC I and II on XP. Had to upgrade to Vista to get III working though.

So they're taking previous designs and "stylizing" them to fit their scheme? I'm not complaining it looks pretty cool still. Like if the Midway were in the movie, that's how I'd imagine it.

That makes sense. I was just wondering if you were referring to any specific documentation (in a book or something) stating high rates of ejection. I agree with you, I was just wondering how you came to that conclusion.

Ah, so it's a "prestige through experience" thing. Gotcha. Quarto: Is it well documented that Confed pilots ejected on a regular basis, or are you basing that solely on how your wingmen performed in the games?

Yeah it's just for the first survival of an eject of a pilots career right? I always just picture all the hot shot pilots sitting around the the Claw making fun of all the "Golden Sun" achievers.

Haha yeah. The only character I hated was Baird. Cole was awesome (especially loved his song in the credits), but I always confuse him with a locust 'cause he's so big and black. (An even larger problem on Live :p )

Vista runs great on my machine too. 1GB Ram, Radeon 9600 Video Card, 2.4 GHz processor. It just kind of seems unecessary, 'cause the only real improvement from XP I've noticed is it's prettier.

I understand the concerns, of course. And part of me agrees to some extent. On the other hand I'm very grateful we're getting anything new at all, and that regardless of how different it is from the other WCs, I'm sure I'll still have hours of fun blowing up (and most likely, getting blown up)...
