    Tha's not the same link as in JKeefe's post.. ANyway, Privateer only had systems in the Gemini sector. There are a lot of systems that weren't in Privateer, whole other sectors and whatnot, and one system actually in Gemini sector that wasn't in Privateer. I'm not sure where it came from...

    Stock gives you more flexibility. You can't sell off stuff you don't like on the preconfigured model (except for guns). Pre configured models won't be available at all in the next version.

    Note also that map has a ver common error: a jump from Troy to Pollux, and from Pollux to War. No such jump exist. There is a jump from Troy to War, and Pollux only connects to Sherwood. The CIC's own map had this error until recently and I have no idea where it comes from. Surely someone...

    Try changing <var name="force_feedback" value="false" /> to <var name="force_feedback" value="true" /> in vegastrike.config No gaurantees it will work, I have no way to test it, and the joystick dev has been gone for a long time.

    Your problem is easy to fix, and not really related. Have a look at <var name="deadband" value="0.05"/> <var name="mouse_deadband" value="0"/> in vegastrike config. deadband is for joystick, mouse_deadband is for mouse. increase it to have a larger dead are in the middle.

    The jump point itself is always there in 119ce. People are having problems because they forget what system it is in, and Pentonville doesn't show up on the map. If anyone wants to know, we didn't decide it shouldn't show up, it is simply a side effect of another fix.

    It isn't really possible to initiate a jump while in turret view, but you can start a jump and then switch to the turret, and that's when you run into problems. Stay in cockpit view once a jump starts and you'll be fine.

    press w to cycle through your (non gun) weapons. Could be you have none selected. Do they fire when you press enter? Keep in mind missiles need to get a lock before they can fire.

    What ship you are in doesn't matter, it only matter which cockpit you are using. And you seem to be using the "no cockpit" cockpit. As in the tarsus, the objectives are not in the MFD, but their own display on the right side of the screen. That's exactly how it works here. Perhaps a side...

    Turret bug

    Such a thing would indeed be a bug. I've never noticed it myself.. Sometimes if a turret is firing straight to the side and you turn fast enough it looks like it was firing forward. Another possibility: are you using some sort of patch?

    Sure it does. Just that ejected pilots you tractor in after blowing up their ship are already considered "slaves" (per the original game). Try it on someone you tractor in for a rescue mission. That's not quite the same thing as saying it doesn't work What?? O should bring up scanning...

    A few things I've noted.

    that makes it a bit hard to load another save, true. Good reason not to allow saves on a ship. Still, spawning in space can't be all that bad. Spawn in space and fly to a base. You'll make it eventually.

    Target leading in turret AI.... how?

    Sweeet mercy.. they did NOTHING in the original game. Nothing at all. Not dumb, not smart, they just sat there until you got in them yourself. Your complaint could only possibly apply to capship turrets. It would be possible to upgrade them only, but I find them enoug of a challenge...
