    If you were playing an unpatched game you wouldn't be having that problem. Newer versions of the patch will supposedly be changed to avoid the issue. You have to understand: the game is stable, the patch is barely alpha.

    Looking For A Manual

    I've always been a big fan of wings3d. Fairly easy to get used to, and the price is right :) It was used for a lot of the ships in our project (there is an exported for the format we use, among other formats)

    the Privateer Remake install manual: Run the .exe If you install a bunch of other stuff, it isn't exactly the Remake anymore, you'd need a Not Quite Privateer Remake install manual.

    Pliers, the size on the landing pad has nothing to do with how big the ship is. You can change the sizes, but the Galaxy is already bigger than the tarsus, looka t them side by side in space. All ships are shown approximately the same size on the landing pad, sorry.
