Are you asking me? It's a matter of personal taste, whether you prefer the digitally orchestrated version - or the FM synth music you hear using a sound blaster card in the original game. Personally I prefer the orchestrated version.

If you want them to loop over and over, it's not that hard to do. All you need is a simple wave editor such as GoldWave, and you can copy and paste the music over and over and over and over. Just be prepared to make a lot of room on your hard disk... :P

First, WC3 dos doesn't sound like crap if you've got the right MIDI hardware (i.e. Roland Sound Canvas). Second, I don't know how big the music .tre files are, but if they're not too big, maybe you could send me one of those files, and I'll see what I can do with it.
