Wc3 and Wc4 range was about 25-30 000 I think, because IR and FF had a range over 20 000+ from memory. I wouldn't mind a couple of LRIR in UE2 because the main weapon that did anything was HS and DF, DF more than HS. Or give us some more DF. I love the instant kill thing!

Don't recall photon guns, just a set of plasma and tachyon guns. If you shifted more power to engines, would the fuel recharge quicker? Also, anything with autoslide pretty much has infinite afterbuners...crank up the speed, hit autoslide and you're cruising at 1000+ kps burning no fuel...

What got me was Zero, Stilleto and Maestro all getting promoted to the Wolf Pack Squadron even other pilots still had a lot higher kill scores, especially Maestro who would sometimes be lower than all the Diamondback pilots...

I thought that BW radar systems weren't too crash hot. That the maximum range they could detect was around 20 000 clicks. And visuals are hard to get at that range as well.

Would that include Longbows? On one of the escort missions with the Victory where a Skip-missile is launched at I once flew the Longbow. Boy was it a pig compared to the Arrow for the mission, but it indeed was a lot of fun. It also looked funny to see the Victory getting escorted by 2 bombers.
