yeah, Legend of the Rangers was ok except for that targetting system. I like the idea of overpowered, quick gunboats. As for the targetting system; what happens if they are flying formation and the weapons officer sneezes?

My all time favorite space series- possibly even edging out farscape. Now, if farscape was a living warship with a whole wing of child-fighters, I'd be on moya in a heartbeat. But as it is, Babylon five has more explosions, and thus, more points.

As for the ships being fish shaped, one can only speculate, but remember that human tacticians gave the ships their english names. It's highly unlikely that Alien linguists created a word that is spelled and sounds exactly like "moray" to describe a long, yellow-green eel-creature with a mean bite.
