I agree that it would be really good if this could be done but when I tried to do this once I found it near impossible to fly acceptably from an external view so had to record the whole thing from the cockpit. Shame wc4 doesn't have a replay function (unless I missed it) like wc2 did as this...

This is an interesting modified dralthi. I think its actually quite good. All the visible lines on the exterior of the fighter kind of remind me of the sharp angles of the F117 stealth fighter. This combined with the dark brown colour make me picture this as a sort of stealth variant of the dralthi.

I personally can't see why nearly everyone hates the epee so much. It wasn't great but at the same time it wasn't that bad.

I wish I could say I was a amazing but knightmare level is just mad and I'm nowhere near a hotshot (like Maniac :rolleyes: ). I can comfortably handle enemies on ace level but above that I need a wingman for backup and this is where Maniac can actually be useful.

I agree that Maniac is the better pilot but he keeps going off and doing his own thing and I hear "ooh more kitty litter, I'm hot today" too often, preventing me from hogging all the kills to myself (yeah I know, I'm greedy). On my first time through I went after Flint and then did not ground her as she was one of the wingmen that actually did follow your orders unlike Maniac who would always reply "not possible ace" or something like that.

Sorry. As far as I know this would be the only way to watch the movies full screen without actually playing the game.

The movie viewer doesn't allow you to watch the movies full screen but it does allow you to rip them to uncompressed avi's. Although it will involve some work what you could do is rip the movies you want and then compress them with a program like virtualdub http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/...

Blair actually uses a broadsword once when he goes after Tolwyn in the Peleus system but only briefly. It would have been interesting to fly a rapier or a sabre in wc4 but I also enjoyed the new border worlds ships that were actually in the game.

What exactly is your problem with video capture in-flight? Do you actually see something every few seconds or is it just completely black throughout? If it is completely black throughout I'm not sure what it could be. Maybe trying a different video capture program like hypercam might be worth...

I love going back to my old games every now and then. That's purley the only reason why I duel boot my PC with both win2k and winME as most don't work with win2k. I especially liked the original command and conquer but I also have to agree with the previous post that Deus Ex was trully excellent.
