In privateer I always liked the torps. I can't help but think missiles were useful in more games then privateer and prophecy. They seemed especially useful in WcIV.

What setting were you playing? Nightmare is still ridiculous and on crazy there are only a couple of missions with it that are all that easy, one of which would have been almost as easy with a banshee.

Am I the only person who finds it odd, that one day everyone whines about how wcIV was just to damn hard and the next, it's to easy because of the overly good fighters :confused: ?

Completing Circe gives you three things. 1- Data including iff codes, to get in a sneak attack on those pesky dragons and the frigate. 2-Nifty cutscenes. 3- The feeling you've done the right thing ;) .

Hum yes , that might be the better course of action. Even if you did find such a mythical place were space is but a word, people would be whinning about how long a download it is.

Sound works fine with the sample, but try the a different scene like the deleted scene in the file section and there will be no sound.

speaking of killing Menesch, I'm still at the begining of RF Talya I think it was, tells you to kill menesch, then confed. What do you do once you've beaten those two sets of missions?

Well I play it on crazy/nightmare :p and I like the banshee. the banshee is fast, maneuverable has the missile load out of an avenger minus the torps, which tend to be more a hindrance then a help.

Three torps enough for every mission in wcIV? More like overkill for every mission in wcIV, you don't need a single torp.
