In my experience KS Windows 95 version is better in terms of graphics and sound. Also I think the fmv is slightly better - not much tho. I'd like to try the 3DO version of wc3 - the only version I havnt played. I think its supposed to have the best quality fmv.

That may be true for WC 1-4, but I remember playing prophecy on a relatively basic win95 system at the time. The game could be run well, at normal speed (minus the special effects) without a 3d accelerator card. On an unrelated note, IMO prophecy had the best dogfights and gameplay after WC1.
