Actaully, the Intrepid was in a lot of big battles (the cruisers, the scrap with the Lexington, Ella, the Vesuvius), with all the attendent fighter losses, damage, and loss of crew. You can't really argue that it had some huge situation advantage over the Victory. Best, Raptor
