Spirit, I just installed the PrivR patch. Very cool. But I've got a slight problem. All my ships have lost ALL turret capability. My turrets have vanished, and I can't install new ones. It's a wee bit anoying...know how to fix it?

Press "[" to switch to control of your Tarsus. Unless you have a tractor beam, you'll have to leave your ejection pod floating in space... There is a manual, http://priv.solsector.net/downloads/manual.pdf Respawning is the same as reloading, since it takes you back to your last savegame...

Sounds cool. I like the idea about the corvettes, but don't take away the Paradigm completely, just make it cost a fortune :) Going after Kilrah is a good idea.....

Also, sometimes if components are damaged, it won't let you buy or sell anything untill they are repaired.

You're absolutely right, it wouldn't be such a good idea if it was going directly into the remake. But since it's an add-on, and anyone can pick whether or not they want it (and believe me, it's much more fun with the patch), I think it's totally awesome! Me neither. Very cool :)

Got enough credits? Is the "Buy" button visable? Got space on your ship? Is this only at the shop, or also at the Commodity Exchange?

I'd like to see the Orion with at least another turret (above the cockpit) and missle pod and maybe even two more guns. That would be a gunship.

Well, I copied in JEMM.ovl from privateer. And now it says "program halted by code." And there's a whole bunch of other stuff too. (sigh)

Okay, now it says "can't find JEMM overlay file." Any ideas?
