Personally I think this is incredible. An AVERAGE of 90+ is extremely high for a thing we know next to nothing about except CRs track record. I would have expected that most pledge only the minimum, but as it seems there are many many of us out there hust hungry for such a game...

Yeah, did pledge via amazon. Redirects you to their site and adds the pledge like a ergular item you buy there. No problems.

Considering that this also allows for private servers I see less of a risk as long as there is a fan base like the CIC. At worst we would keep such a server alive I guess.

I red that as recurring fees after the 30 months. So it is actually "we guarantee the servers for 30 months and afterwards you might be on your own"? *splaps own head* AH - I see. That was supposed to be a timetable, not a duration...

Anyone else have problems with enlisting? I get the activation e-mail, but when clicking on the link it shows yet another password window which asks for the registration key. Using the key part of the sent url doesn't work either :-(

Funny that so many people claim this to be true, yet I'v had multiple CDs (especially CD-Rs) fail on me, while my older Floppies seem to have aged just fine.

So there was nothing in the distribution that guaranteed a semi well playable deck? Just the rare/common/uncommon cards? If so what card distribution would you suggest for a beginner. eg: 20% Ships, 20% Actions, ... Just a rule of thumb.

Not likely, no. WC4 is really hard. I can play WC Prophecy on Impossible without many problems, but sometimes go as low as Veteran for WC4. Notice that missiles are your friend and your enemy. They are incredibly powerful in this game.

Personally I cannot understand the least bit why someone would prefer the X-Wing engine over the WC one. Aside from all mission design and fluff around it I found that one really bad for flying. Actually prefer pretty much any other engine over the X-Wing one.
