To each their own.

Still, that's just what I'd like to have on my fighter.

lol! Me, I'd take flashpaks, Pilum FoF's, some Mace missiles, and some torpedoes, and a few Javelin HS's to round out the loadout.

The Bearcat or Avenger would be my 2nd choice, along with the Excal.

Basically. I'd paint it green with a gold trim, and have a stealth mode built into the armor which'd turn it black like the dragon's when needed.

Okay then. I'd combine the shields of the Dragon AND Avenger, along with all the other stuff I specified. I'd call it the Archangel.

My ideal fighter: One with the armor+shields of an Avenger, the cloaking ability of a Dragon, along with the Dragon's fission cannons, the Reaper cannons of the Excal, and the speed of the Dragon. To top it all off, I'd add 4-5 Mass Drivers.
