Well the WCP manual says that they were going to build 10 Midways. Add the Vesuvii, and I'd say they'd have about 20 fleet carriers. The Midways would most likely replace any remaining Concordia/Confederation class vessels. Oops. I should mention that 20 includes any surviving Concordias...
