Not to mention the fact that the auto-track of the bearcat was way off, aiming for open space and not the fighter you had targeted.

Yes. "FF Pike" The Raptor on the box is armed with a weapon called "Phalanx" and has laser guns. :p And yes, the sentence "Every image on this box was taken from game : What you see is what you play! ™" is a fucking lie. :rolleyes: (Yeah, they even had a trademark on that sentence. )

Just a quick question. How do we know for sure that P2 happens about 100 years after WCP? How do we know that the tri-system's calender equals the confederate calender? I was under the impression that the story of P2 takes place roughly at the same time as the events of WC3-4. Just far...

I DO think that the P2 is part of the WC universe, just on the other side of that universe. ;)

Yeah, I know. But what exactly did the higher ranking Confed officers think has happened to the Tiger's Claw? And how did they expect Blair, one man, to save the ship from something that destroyed it so fast that it couldn't even call for help? Blair is good, but he isn't a demi-god.

Another thing... Why EXACTLY was Blair blamed for the destruction of the Tiger's Claw? He was out on a patrol and as he returned he witnessed the stealth fighters and the Tiger's Claw blowing up. They might question his mental health, seeing invisible fighters, but as Tolwyn and the others...

Yeah, it always bugged me that the weapons fire on those screenshots looked way better than the actual in-game weapon graphics... =/

Why is her callsign Shadow? Or to be more specific, why does the text in the VDU read "Lt. Shadow"?

vdmsound is an awesome tool. Thanks again. Does anyone else have a problem with uncomplete graphics in the cut scenes? I can only see the cockpit section of my fighter, the body is kinda cut off and missing. Damn, those pesky furballs sure hit me good.... =p

... a picture of Elisabeth 'Shadow' Norwood on the back of the box of the first Wing Commander game? She didn't even appear in the game. Or is my memory that bad...? Admittedly, it could be another person with callsign 'Shadow', but it would be quite a coincidence, don't you think? So...

Nah, it wasn't the flying ability of the AI that disturbed me. The annoying part was that the ship itself, was less dangerous, could take/deal less damage than a Hellcat... :confused:
