First off, since when did Finley have a husband? Secondly, I always thought Finley and Casey were kinda cute together. They did have chemistry (on several levels. *rimshot* )

Yeah, the model is great the way it is now. Lynx could probably do his "backlit canopy" stuff to great effect, but the model is spoogeworthy as it is.

I can see one strut in the middle of the cockpit, along the short axis of the canopy. Of course, looking at that image again makes me go "holy hell, they got this one really close" :p

Also, if you look at the shot where the top fin is mostly in shadow, the top profile really does look like a Bearcat. But yeah, the textures help a lot :p

Now that I look at it, actually, does anyone notice a similarity between this and a Bearcat? And Moonsword, thanks for the clarification.

Mmm, cannon fodder. :P Do we get to fly this in the sim, at least? Excellent model, BTW. The rounded parts really do look ace.

I actually meant with the original textures they made for WCIV :p But yeah, you guys are about as close to carrying the torch as anyone is.

Oh jeez, no wonder they look so bad... they were trying to texture for something like a modern game in 1996. Gotta wonder what they could do with WC4 today...

Yeah, but those Wing 4 ship textures were pretty atrocious. Where's the damn PAINT? Oi. But man, WCSaga has come a long way in just a year, really. WTG guys.

The texture is just too low-res, IMHO. Make it a glowy particle or something, if possible.

A fair amount. Red herrings are evil. :p I was sharp enough even at 15 to realize the scope of the game was limited to the Gemini sector. I was always pulling for a sequel that would take place nearer to Sol, or include the whole human sphere. ... I'm sad now. :(

It isn't tube-like enough to be a good carrier - carriers need long flight decks to store/prepare/launch fighters. I get more of a "Heavy Corvette" vibe from this.
