Most Deluxe versions you see are the Windows 9x version. There are very, very few of the DOS editions, comparatively. The only way to have gotten a DOS Deluxe version was to pre-order via EA Direct in the little bit they actually advertised it, then say they didn't want want to get the regular...

Deluxe is the re-release version. There's not really an official Windows 9x patch for the DOS version. Also, there's a patch available on HCl's website to fix issues related to P2 running too quickly.
