i was looking through the ships database and I noticed this weapon, https://www.wcnews.com/ships/armadasonic.shtml , and was wondering what it was and how it might work. Does the sonic mean it causes damage by vibrating the other ships hull somehow? (wish i had armada so i could atleast see it...

the problem with radar as we currently have it is the speed of light. but since there seems to be real-time communication across the system in several instances the scanners may use that method in a manner very similar to current radar

that may mean the pilgrims. some may not have considered them truly human.

after world wars one and two, even many of the top line aircraft were for sale (probably with weapons removed). confed might have had a few spares and could have sold them to a merc group that was on friendly terms with them.

and how many merc air forces are there? the demand would probably be mostly in africa where whoever they are fighting are poorer than they are.

its not exactly the most up to date fightercraft so some might be for sale though probably very expensive. but confed probably wouldn't go around hiring half-rate mercs.

they can hire merc guild escorts, it dosn't have to be military. but if they are carrying somthing that confed thinks should be protected they probably would have atleast a token escort (whether confed or merc guild)

a convoy of that size would be too big of a target and it would be nearly impossible to hide its existance or route because of the scale. smaller convoys probably have a better chance of sneaking past.

but those civilians were not ment for sale :D unless confed was really strapped for cash ;)

the enforcement may (as you see it) be lax and selective but the rules should still be followed.

they are this sites rules. when you signed up you agreed to follow them. dosn't matter if you cant understand them (everyone else seems to be able to)

they may carry some non-military stuff but im sure that military ships would be carying anything ment for sale on an open market (besides possibly weapons destined for a confed ally)

i used ship editor and replaced the panther with the wasp and my scores went way up. i like the fast firing guns (stormfire in wc4 was my preferred weapon)
