Hah wow, this was unexpected. First question that came to my head... If the Wing Commander series was ever resurrected with a new game would you be on board to doing another game if they offered?

For the controller problem you could try opening up the controller itself and clean the button contacts, I did that with a Genesis 3 button pad that was mushy as hell and it fixed it right up!

Very interesting, I had no clue about the point system. Yea and now what I remember from playing WC3 for years on the 3DO, you either failed or won certain missions to take another path.

I just meant like, do you have to just lose the final mission in a sector (as some sectors have like 3 missions), or do you have to fail all the missions in the sector to go on the losing path.

As for the rudder, yes its very annoying i dealt with the same thing, luckily with my logitech profiler, it lets me map the keyboard roll functions to the rudder. Only downside is this makes rolling digital rather than analog.

I'd say just deal with the slow download, I did and it was damn worth it.

Oh weird, so you go BACK to Border Zone after beating SM1? So confusing. Well I'll keep plowing away at SM1 so I can record that footage for you guys. I think I'm at the first Jotunheim mission and the game is getting pretty hard.

Yea for some reason it's Bossman on Super Wing Commander, unless I am forgetting somehow. I've notice quite a few missions in Super Wing Commander have different wingmen flying with you than noted in the PC version.

Yes, I just realized SM 1.5 has an exclusive Border Zone mission, I am now back on track with the Midgaard sector. I guess it's the regular SM1 from here on out till after Vidgrid. I kept separate saves though, so I'll try to make a video of both the exclusive Border Zone mission and the rest...

Nevermind, I just aced the mission finally. It was hard as hell though. Bossman ran off like a little bitch when the Grathas showed up, so I had to take out all 4 with my ship partly destroyed. I have no clue how I did it, but it's crazy they put those Grathas as wave 2 rather than the 4 Krants...
