Very interesting read. Thank you for your (game) service! I discovered Wing Commander back in 93 or 94 for the Amiga 500 myself. It was a slide-show running but I didn't care (still don't).

Just a brief post: I can recommend Starfield to scratch that Privateer itch. It's not Star Citizen though neither is Star Citizen. It's not overly complicated and a good way to spend your gaming hours.

This might be my autistic side talking but I always found WC4 cd's very cool looking.

I always loved the WC1 dorkir. The "head" is the best part visually.

I wish I had the reflexes I had 10 years ago.

I would check out the channels other (non-WC) videos too. I never knew there were so many Interactive Movie games made in the 90's.
